Grant Writing for Foundations

CME GrantPros will develop a full proposal that includes: Cover Letter, Needs Statement, Project Description, Organizational Background and History, Project Timeline, Evaluation Strategy, Staff Qualifications, Budget, Bibliography, and other required attachments.

City, State, County, Federal Proposals –

CME GrantPros will manage the challenging process of responding to a government issued Request for Proposal (RFP). Services include, but are not limited to:

• Review application forms to determine eligibility.
• Register your organization with the designated agent.
• Develop project concepts and proposal outline.
• Write proposal summary.
• Identify the problem to be addressed then narrow the focus to the precise use of the grant.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Education (CE) Grants

CME GrantPros has a long and successful track record in the healthcare industry bringing to every assignment an extensive knowledge of medical issues and the funders that support these programs.

CME GrantPros specializes in grants for independent continuing medical education for professional medical associations and societies, hospitals, medical colleges, and nursing schools. CME GrantPros researchers use the most up-to-date resources to identify potential donors including: online databases (by subscription); annual reports; funder guidelines; internet directories; government websites and donor tax returns (IRS Form 990).

Once the research is complete, you will receive a customized Prospect Report that includes: foundation/funder name; city and state; geographic area in which grants are awarded; area of funders interest; type of grants funded; grant application deadline; and application requirements.

Fees for custom searches are based on the extent of the prospect research and report detail. CME GrantPros will provide ongoing prospect research services to identify new grant opportunities for clients with monthly retainer agreements.
