Fees for Services

Grant Writing

Beginning at $70 per hour.

Government Grant Proposals

Hourly rate ranges from $100 to $175 — Depending upon the complexity of grant application and timeline for completion.

Editing/Technical Assistance

Editing at any stage of a client prepared proposal is available on an hourly rate of $200 per hour. A minimum of ten hours is required and paid in advance.

Ancillary Expenses

Expenses, such as proposal supplies, postage, copying will be billed at cost, plus a 15% administrative surcharge.

Travel – CME GrantPros will be happy to travel to your location for meetings and conferences; however grant applications are usually written and submitted from our Philadelphia, PA office.

Retainer Agreements – Great for the One-WoMan Office

CME GrantPros can completely manage your grant procurement program with a monthly Retainer Agreement. CME GrantPros will become your organizations adjunct Development Office and be available to you Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services provided include:

Clients receive a monthly Work Summary Report detailing hours worked & services rendered.
Clients signing a one-year Retainer Agreement for 80 hours per month will receive a discounted rate!

Prospect Research

A customized Prospect Research Report ranges from $1,500 to $4,000 depending on the information requested by client. Once the research is complete, you will receive a customized Prospect Report that may include: foundation/funder name; city and state; geographic area in which grants are awarded; area of funders interest; type of grants awarded; application requirements and submission deadline(s).

CME GrantPros researchers use the most up-to-date resources to identify potential donors including: online databases (by subscription); annual reports; funder guidelines; internet directories; government websites and donor tax returns (IRS Form 990).
